We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described below.

Financial and billing records: 6 years from the date of the transaction, as required by HMRC.

Customer account data: For the duration of your subscription, plus 2 years after your account is closed or cancelled, to handle any disputes or support queries.

Audit and report data: For the duration of your subscription, plus 12 months after cancellation, to allow you to download your reports.

Lead and enquiry data: 12 months from the date of your enquiry if you do not become a customer. After this period your enquiry data is deleted.

Analytics and usage data: Aggregated and anonymised as soon as practical. Raw analytics data is not retained for more than 26 months.

Server logs: 90 days for operational and security purposes.

Your rights: You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@ai-mention.co.uk, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
